Data Security & Encryption 

We take every step to protect your data from the moment you visit our site to the moment your book is delivered. All images and custom content are encrypted and securely stored on trusted AWS cloud servers. Our website is hosted and managed through Shopify, which adheres to industry-leading security and compliance standards. Every transaction and data transfer is protected using HTTPS encryption. Your content is used solely to create your personalised book and is never reused or shared for marketing, promotional, or training purposes. Once your book is created, it will be made available to Amazon KDP for printing. While it may be accessible through, it is not promoted by us. If you'd prefer it to be removed, simply contact us and we’ll ensure it’s taken down and fully deleted from the KDP system. 

Personalisation with a Human Touch

To make your stories magical and one-of-a-kind, we use advanced tools to assist with generating personalised content. Everything is guided by the information you choose to provide — such as names, personality traits, and themes — and used only to create your order. We do not store or use any of your personal details beyond that. Your book is designed with care, creativity, and your privacy at its heart. It’s crafted exclusively for you and your family, and never used for anything else.

Publishing & Printing with Amazon KDP

To ensure professional-quality printing and reliable delivery, your personalised book is published through our Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) account. Once published, your book may be publicly accessible on the Amazon website, but it is not promoted or marketed by us and is created solely for printing and fulfilment purposes. One of the benefits of this setup is that you — or any friends and family you choose to share the link with — can easily order additional copies directly through Amazon, without needing to return to us. Using the KDP network helps keep production costs low, allowing us to pass those savings directly on to our customers. If at any point you’d like your book removed, just get in touch. We’ll unpublish the title and delete all associated files from our system. This gives you both the convenience of Amazon’s global print network and full control over your content. 

Requesting Removal or Edits

If you’d like to make changes to your story or remove your content after receiving your book, simply email us at support@storitime.co.uk. We’ll delete your images and personal information, unpublish your book from the KDP network, and confirm once everything has been securely and permanently removed. Your peace of mind is always our priority.
