Production and Dispatch

All personalised items are custom-designed using our in-house teams and the use of AI.

All printing and dispatch is done through Amazon’s fulfilment service using their Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP).

Amazon Truck

Once your order is confirmed, production will begin immediately to ensure accuracy and customisation.

Please note that production can take up to 5 working days before dispatch, depending on the complexity of the personalised content.

Shipping and Delivery

After production, your items will be shipped directly by Amazon. Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 working days within the UK, and international delivery times will vary.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

Delays and Notifications

While we aim to meet all expected delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as high demand, holidays, or shipping delays may occur. We will keep you updated via email should any significant delays arise.

Refunds and Returns

As we provide custom, personalised items, these orders are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will assist you promptly.
